Participants and exhibiting companies are kindly reminded that on-site meeting rooms are available for private meetings during the conference. The rooms are suitable for small groups of up to 8 people and provide a quiet, professional setting for discussions, partner meetings, or networking.
Meeting rooms can be booked on an hourly basis at a rate of ISK 12,000 per hour. Advance booking is recommended to ensure availability.
